What is Hung Fut Kung Fu

Most people begin the study of Kung Fu, or Chinese Martial Arts having their roots in China, for purposes of self defense, physical fitness or stress reduction. Those who stay with it as a way of life find that it helps them solve problems more easily, interact more productively with other people and in general, relate better to the world around them.

Self Defense
Students first learn the basics step by step.
Once the basics are acheived they move on to kung fu forms which are combinations of movements together. The forms build technique form speed and power. Forms also build a tremendous amount of discipline and self esteem.

Pre Sparring class teaches the technique for use in combat.
After completing the pre sparring class the student progresses on to light contact sparring to develop there reflexes and reaction time against an opponent. The sparring is safe and fun. It builds self confidence and comrodary among the students
.

Traditional weapons are taught as the student progresses.
